Who we are

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address and message you enter. On the contact page we use Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-friendly alternative to CAPTCHA — to confirm you are a real person; it processes your IP address and basic browser signals for that check. A small functional cookie stores your chosen language.

Why, and on what basis

We use the contact-form data solely to read and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box. We keep your message only as long as needed to handle the request and our follow-up, then delete it.

Cookies & local storage

We use one functional cookie, “nx_lang”, to remember your language choice (kept for up to a year). Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived functional cookie (such as “__cf_bm”) on the contact page to remember that you passed the human check. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and store nothing in your browser's local storage — which is why there is no cookie banner.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool. It is cookieless: it stores no cookie or identifier on your device, does not track you across sites and builds no profile. It only measures aggregate, anonymous visit statistics, so it needs no consent.

Who processes the data

Hosting, security (Turnstile) and analytics run on Cloudflare; your inquiry email is delivered through Resend. These providers act as processors under GDPR-compliant terms.
