Who we are

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address and message you enter. On the contact page we use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are a real person; it processes your IP address and basic browser signals for that check. A functional cookie stores your chosen language. If you accept optional analytics in our cookie banner, the tools below may also process technical visit data (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, referrer, browser type, screen size and approximate location derived from IP). We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.

Why, and on what basis

We use the contact-form data solely to read and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box. We keep your message only as long as needed to handle the request and our follow-up, then delete it. Optional analytics run only with your consent to the cookie banner; you can withdraw it anytime.

Cookies & local storage

Before you accept optional analytics, we store only what is strictly functional: the “nx_lang” cookie remembers your language choice (up to one year) after you pick a language. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie (such as “__cf_bm”) while you complete the human check. If you accept optional analytics, we store “nx_consent” = granted in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again. Declining the banner stores nothing. After acceptance, Microsoft Clarity may set “_clck” and “_clsk” cookies; Ahrefs Web Analytics may set its own first-party cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to work without cookies on your device. You can reopen the banner and withdraw consent via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Optional analytics (overview)

Scripts for Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics load only after you click Accept. Until then, no analytics script runs and no analytics data is sent. If you decline, we store nothing and the banner may appear again on a later visit.

Microsoft Clarity

Clarity is provided by Microsoft. It records how the site is used through aggregated heatmaps and session replays (clicks, scrolling, navigation). Sensitive input fields are masked. Clarity sets cookies (“_clck”, “_clsk”) and may associate activity with a pseudonymous identifier. Data is processed by Microsoft as our processor. Legal basis: your consent.

Ahrefs Web Analytics

Ahrefs Web Analytics is provided by Ahrefs. It helps us understand traffic to this site: pages visited, entry and exit pages, referrer, browser and device type, screen size and approximate geographic region derived from IP. Ahrefs may store first-party cookies or similar technology in your browser to recognise returning visits and measure unique visitors. We use it only for aggregate statistics about this website, not for cross-site advertising. Data is processed by Ahrefs as our processor. Legal basis: your consent.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate, anonymous visit statistics for this site. It is designed not to use cookies on your device, not to track you across websites and not to build a personal profile. It may still process technical request data (such as page URL and referrer) when the beacon runs after you accept the cookie banner. Data is processed by Cloudflare as our processor. Legal basis: your consent.

Who processes the data

Hosting and security (Turnstile) run on Cloudflare; optional analytics, only with your consent, run on Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs and Cloudflare Web Analytics; your inquiry email is delivered through Resend. These providers act as processors under GDPR-compliant terms.
