An internal platform for a staffing agency
An internal tool we built for Veloceo agency s.r.o., a staffing agency that places workers in factories — managing workers, factories and weekly shifts, and generating monthly timesheets, all in one place. They first hired us for their public website; once that shipped, they trusted us with this internal system. The app's internals and domain stay private; the screenshots are masked to protect real worker, factory and client data.
The problem
The agency placed workers across many factories and ran everything on spreadsheets and manual paperwork — who works where, how many weekly hours, who showed up, and the timesheets that had to be produced for every factory each month. It was slow, easy to get wrong, and didn't scale as they took on more clients.
What we built
An internal platform that puts the whole operation in one place: a register of workers with their data, the factories they're assigned to, and their weekly hours — plus the dashboard the team uses to keep an eye on it all.
The core is timesheet generation. Attendance and worked hours can be produced in bulk, per factory, per worker, or edited by hand — turning a manual monthly grind into a few clicks. Scheduled jobs keep the weekly data in sync automatically.
